The curriculum of all these course are interdisciplinary in nature. This enables them to have a sound theoretical knowledge in the college which they can apply in industries. Many student get absorbed in the industries where they have undergone on-job training. The student are well versed in all the different departments of industry such as production, research, development and quality assurance. More than hundred industries are giving training to our students and more than seventy industries have given then placements. The student are made to give seminars and also taken for educational tours. In addition final year students carry out project throughout year under the supervision of faculty. This year electronics student have made cell phone controlled audio/mute switch , microprocessor controlled thermometer, touch dimmer, automatic night lamp with morning alarm, computer based candle igniter, electronic reminder, set reset combinational lock, stepper motor interfacing etc. The students of Food technology have developed novel food products. This year they havemade canned soyarasgulla, banana butter, ginger spread, guava spread, date sauce, whey jaljeera drink, rice cookies(gluten free), tomato jam, mushrom ketchup, temarind jam, muffins with whey protien concertrate and papaya nectar. The students of instrumrntation carried out project on Good Laboratory Practices.

The college also has a local CISCO networking academy, which is the only academy in delhi where in the students can pursue an add on certificate at nominal cost. They get a CCNA certificate (Cisco Certified Networking Associate) which is recognized all over the world.

Thus graduates in electronics, instrumentation and Food technology from Shaheed Rajguru College Of Applied Sciences for women are honest ,hard working and innovative with mastery over the various kind of skills such that today, they are occupying senior positions in prestigious industries such as Ranbaxy Laboratories, Tata Energy Research Institute, Nation Institute of Immunology, Escorts, World Health Organisation, HCL, S T Electronics, TCS, Domino's, Nirulas, DC Metropolis, Cipla, Institute of Genomics and integrated Biology etc. Many of our students are pursuing higher studies in premier institution such as M.Sc (Food Technology) from Central Food and Technology Institute Mysore, M.Sc (Dairy Technology) from National Dairy Reasearch Institute, M.Sc(Dairy Chemistry) from Gujrat, M.Tech(Biochemical engineering) from G.B Pant University, M.Sc(Biotechnology) from Punjab University, chandigarh, Indore, Pondicherry etc. MICA from Jivaji University Gwalior, M.C.A Delhi University Delhi, M.Sc(Electronics) Jamia Milia. Many of them are also pursuing Post graduation and research in leading University in India and Abroad. One of our ex -student has been picked up as Associate Head Analytical Instrumentation in Jubilant Organosys.
